Dr. Olu Adeniran, Ph.D., President
Dr. Adeniran serves as the President of Abacoll. He offers 17+ years of experience in roles ranging from planning to design and implementation and has contributed to development across diverse industries ranging from defense manufacturing to finance. He holds a Ph.D. in systems engineering from Texas Tech University, which he applies to simplifying complex systems for Abacoll’s range of clientele. His professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Quality Manager (CCQM), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), AWS Cloud Practitioner, amongst others.
Dr. Zhiru Shi, Ph.D., Director of Strategic Project Management
Dr. Shi offers over two decades of technical and managerial experience across diverse industries. She leads our strategic management client service portfolios, ensuring our team is on task and on track to deliver exceptional services. She holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University, and possessing professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM1), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), among others.
Dr. Davidson Akwada, Ph.D.
Dr. Akwada serves as our Quality, Environmental, Health, & Safety (QEHS) expert. He offers over two decades of consulting experience in quality, safety, security, and environmental management, with a proven track record across manufacturing, transportation, construction, and service industries. He is a Lead ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 Auditor and an OSHA Authorized Trainer, with in-depth knowledge of QESH compliance. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership & Management from LIUTEBM University, and he currently serves as an industry advisory member to the Department of Engineering Technology at Sam Houston State University.
